August 6th, 2009 we have got Sifterapp up and online for our clients to better manage and track what is going on with tasks for there given projects or support requests.

Sifterapp is a Saas tool which now in use will allow us to serve our clients faster and in better detail than before. Each task is tracked, assigned monitor and then reflected in detail on the billing system. Prior to Sifter we had been relying upon and older system of ours, Sifterapp is the next step in our grand plan to be the best in the industry !
